New real estate inspector and professional inspector education and experience requirements are effective March 1, 2021.  Course applications and course approval forms are available on the TREC website. 

Providers must inform currently enrolled students of the need to complete current course and experience requirements, and submit the license application on or prior to June 30, 2021.
