Who should submit this application?

QE providers requesting approval to offer an inspector QE course that is currently approved for another provider.

Helpful tips for filling out this application:

• Course fees are payable by check or money order and must be submitted with the application.
• Distance education course applications must include instructions for staff to access the course online.
• Check the box in #8 to request a SharePoint link to electronically submit the documents listed in #7.
• The Operations Manager or Owner of the QE provider must sign the application.
• Use the classroom or distance education checklist to ensure your application is complete.
• Email Education@trec.texas.gov to see if we have the textbook on file.
