You can update your business contact information and legal name directly in the REALM Portal:

1. Log in to your REALM Portal account.

2. Go to the Licenses tab.

3. Select Amendment.

4. From the Type of Change Request dropdown menu, select Update Contact Info/Legal Name Change.

On the next screen, you can:

• Edit your name and current business phone number and email address by clicking Review and Remove.
• Add or update physical addresses by clicking Actions.

Be sure to review your information carefully before submitting any updates.
