• Texas Real Estate Licensing System, TRELS
• License Management System, LMS
• Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal, REALM Portal
• Online License Management System, OLMS

Voting will close at noon Friday, June 6, 2025. 

Read up on how the new system will benefit TREC and TALCB license holders. To prepare for system launch, TREC will handle carrying over your records. For a smoother process, staff suggest license holders renew their license or registration immediately upon receiving a renewal notice.
