The Texas Real Estate Commission regulates the sale of timeshare interests in Texas and a Timeshare registration needs to be renewed every two years.  Timeshare registrations can be amended at any time.

Renewing a Registration:

  1. Fill out the Renew the Registration of a Timeshare Plan
  2. Pay the required fee
  3. You can use the ARELLO Timeshare Registry (ATR), to submit your renewal. The hard copy of the form and the fees should then be sent directly to TREC.

Amending a Registration:

  1. Fill out the Application to Amend a Timeshare Registration
  2. Pay the required fee
  3. You can use the ARELLO Timeshare Registry (ATR), to submit your application to amend. The hard copy of the application form and the fees should then be sent directly to TREC.

A renewal or amendment will be considered void if the required documents or additional information requested by TREC are not received within 60 days after the request.
