Effective November 15, 2017, course providers approved to offer the qualifying Real Estate Marketing course through distance education delivery must comply with content revisions adopted by the Commission.

If you have not resubmitted your Real Estate Marketing course for review, you may do so by mailing the Qualifying Real Estate Course Application, Real Estate Marketing Course Approval Form, applicable materials and fee to TREC at PO Box 12188 Austin, TX 78711-2188. The application and form are available on the TREC website. Fees will be prorated based upon the original course approval date.

Recent rule revisions allow providers to develop advanced level qualifying courses that do not require the use of adopted course approval forms. If you have received approval to offer an advanced level real estate marketing course, it does not require content revision.

After November 15, 2017, qualifying Real Estate Marketing courses that have not been approved to meet the new content revisions will not be accepted for qualifying credit if completed after this date.
