Apply to offer Real Estate QE Courses

QE providers must:
- Submit a qualifying course application for each course that they propose to offer
- Not offer a qualifying course until you have received a course approval letter from the Commission
Offering Real Estate QE Courses
Apply by Mail
- Complete the Qualifying Real Estate Course Application
- Complete the corresponding Qualifying Real Estate Course Approval Form
- Pay the required fee
Offering Real Estate QE Secondary Courses
QE providers may request approval to offer a QE course approved for another QE provider. Permission to offer the course must be included.
