Apply to offer Inspector QE Courses

Important Announcement! - TREC’s license management system is offline until December 15 when the new Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal) launches. Learn more at www.trec.texas.gov/lms.

QE providers must:

  • Submit a qualifying course application for each course that they propose to offer
  • Not offer a qualifying course until you have received a course approval letter from the Commission

Below is a list of all inspector qualifying courses:
  • Property and Building Inspection Module I
  • Property and Building Inspection Module II
  • Analysis of Findings and Reporting Module
  • Business Operations and Professional Responsibilities Module
  • Texas Law Module
  • Texas Standards of Practice Module

 

Offering Inspector QE Secondary Courses
QE providers may request approval to offer a QE course approved for another QE provider. Permission to offer the course must be included.
