Education Providers
Courses are only accepted for credit when the provider and course are all currently TREC approved.
Become an Education Provider
A qualifying education provider is approved by TREC to offer qualifying real estate and inspector courses. A continuing education (CE) provider is approved by TREC to offer elective and non-elective CE courses.
Become a Real Estate Inspector
A Real Estate Inspector is licensed to perform a real estate inspection for a buyer or seller of real property but is required to do so under the indirect supervision of a Professional Real Estate Inspector.
You have one year from the date your application is filed to meet all education and experience requirements for a license.
