Here are the highlights of what will be considered, including inspection report rule changes, proposed SAE requirements, and changes that affect broker responsibility and sales agent oversight of brokerage activity.
ESAC Recommends 30-Hour Real Estate Brokerage Course as Part of SAE Requirement and Updates to Property Management Course Outline

Exam Topic Reports for Inspectors
TREC administers licensing examinations for sales agents, brokers and inspectors applicants through a contract with Pearson Vue. Each quarter, Pearson Vue publishes reports on the success rates for exam questions grouped by topic. Education providers and students may find this information helpful in identifying topics where success rate is lower and focusing increased attention to these areas.
