High Value Data Sets
The Texas Real Estate Commission maintains the following high value data sets (posted here in accordance with Senate Bill 701, 82nd Legislature, Regular Session). If you are looking for information on a particular license holder, you can use the TREC's License Holder Lookup tool.
The High Value Data Sets on this page contain the agency's recorded data on individuals and organizations currently licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). It also contains last known data on those with a status of expired, suspended, relinquished, revoked, or deceased within the last five years.
Please see the TREC High Value Data Sets Instruction Page for information about the content and format of these files, and instructions on how to import the data into a Microsoft Excel or Access spreadsheet.
All files are updated daily.
