TREC has launched our new Name Management Tool to allow broker license holders to easily manage all of their business names online and remain in compliance with the updated advertising rules.

Does TREC consider a logo that contains the broker’s full name sufficient for the broker name requirement?

Does TREC consider a sign on a building to be an advertisement?
