While there may be legitimate reasons for the use of this marketing method, license holders should be aware that selling property using this method, under certain circumstances, may result in a complaint with the Commission and finding that the license holder has violated TREC laws and rules.

What is My License Services?
My License Services allows you to quickly and conveniently apply for a license, renew your license, change your license status, or update your address. Any person applying for or renewing a license with TREC must provide fingerprints for a criminal history check. The fingerprint process is easy and can be done in a few short steps.
How to Get Your Fingerprints Taken:
IdentoGO by IDEMIA collects and submits fingerprints to the FBI via the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), but has no role in the actual research and processing of your criminal background check or the delivery of its results.
