Mark Moore received his education from the University of Texas, where he earned a BBA and a JD. From 2012 to 2020, he served as the enforcement director for the Texas Real Estate Commission. In 2017, he completed the Governor’s Executive Development Program. Before working at the Commission, he worked at the Texas Legislative Council (drafting, among other things, occupational regulation bills), the Comptroller (handling an administrative law caseload), and in private practice as a real estate and insurance litigator.
