CE is required to renew your license renew your license in Active Status. Complete your CE before your license expiration date to avoid additional fees. Paying the CE deferral fee before your expiration date allows you to renew your license in Active Status and gives you until {{InactiveDate}} to complete your education. If you wish to renew your license in Inactive Status, you are not required to complete CE. in Active Status. If you renew after your expiration date, CE must be completed and the CE deferral fee paid before you can renew your license in Active Status. If you wish to renew your license in Inactive Status, you are not required to complete CE. Your license renewal included the CE deferral fee which allows you to remain Active and gives you an additional 60 days to complete your CE. If the required CE is not completed on or before 09/30/2020, {{CurrRenewalExpireDate}}, your license will be placed on Inactive Status. Sales Agent Apprentice education must be completed to renew your license. You must have a total of 270 qualifying real estate course hours, 4 hours of TREC Legal Update I and 4 hours of TREC Legal Update II completed prior to renewing your license whether you are renewing active or inactive. If you have been made a supervisor by your broker, you must also take the 6-hour Broker Responsibility Course to renew. You may not defer SAE requirements. Your license will not be renewed until you complete the required education. Sales Agent Apprentice education must be completed to renew your license. You must have a total of 270 qualifying real estate courses, 4 hours of TREC Legal Update I and 4 hours of TREC Legal Update II completed prior to your license expiration date whether you are renewing active or inactive. If you have been made a supervisor by your broker, you must also take the 6-hour Broker Responsibility Course to renew. CE deferral is not an option for sales agents renewing for the first time.
