
Keeping your business contact details and legal name up to date ensures you receive important communications and maintain accurate licensing records. You can quickly make these updates through the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management (REALM) Portal.
How to Update Your Information
Follow these steps to update your business contact information or legal name:
- Log in to your REALM Portal account.
- Navigate to the Licenses tab.
- Select Amendment.
- From the Type of Change Request dropdown menu, choose Update Contact Info/Legal Name Change.
What You Can Update
On the next screen, you will have the option to:
- Edit your legal name, business phone number, and email address.
- Click Review and Remove to make changes.
- Add or update physical addresses.
- Click Actions to manage your address information.
Before You Submit
Carefully review all updates for accuracy before submitting your request. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing or impact your ability to receive important notifications.
