The Core Education Provider forms below are to be used only by TREC-approved Core Education providers. New provider applicants should download all the forms below.

Important: If you are not currently approved to offer Core Education, you must contact TREC’s Education section at (512)936-3120 for a pre-application discussion before submitting Core Education providership applications and supporting documents to the Commission for review.
