MCE Forms (for Providers & Instructors)

The Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) provider forms below are to be used only by TREC-approved MCE providers or by those who wish to apply to become approved as a provider of continuing education for Texas real estate sales and broker licensees. New provider applicants should download all the forms below.

Important: If you are not currently approved to offer MCE, you must contact TREC’s Education section at (512)936-3120 for a pre-application discussion before submitting MCE providership applications and supporting documents to the Commission for review.
