Through a contract with a quality test provider, the Commission administers qualifying exams for broker, sales and inspector license candidates. Each quarter, the test provider reports on the success rates for exam questions grouped by various topic areas. These quarterly reports are posted below. Analysis of these reports can assist both course providers and students by focusing attention on those topic areas where the success rate is lower, indicating that increased attention or enhanced instruction is needed.
